First let me start off saying my husband is a disabled vet on a limited income. We are very unhappy with their business practices. They have hidden costs you are not told about until shortly before your building is to delivered, and if you don’t pay the hidden costs then your warranty is voided. When we bought ours we were gonna save some $ and buy the anchors elsewhere was told it would void the warranty so we bought from them at almost double the price. Was also told we could install them to save $ now building is here set up and were told because we installed the anchors (their anchors) ourselves the warranty is voided. I need 2 more buildings 1 Shop 40x30 and a carport cover for my RV. They will not get my business. I will pay the extra to stsy local. Installer was going to be at our house Monday April 23, Saturday April 21 office staff called and said they were ahead of schedule and would be to our house Sunday April 22 between 10am-2pm waited at home all day. Installers showed up at 730pm April 22 and didn’t leave til 4am April 23. Of course no one in office so we can reschedule. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Bad business practices, rude office staff.
