This person has absolutely no people skills. Incredibly rude. Apparently, in order to give you common courtesy, you need to also be an expert in clock knowledge. Otherwise, you'll get laughed at and impatiently asked questions. I mean, why would you waste this clock maker's time if you don't know anything about clocks? I hate giving negative reviews are rarely do so but when someone clearly doesn't need your business and chooses to be rude for no reason, it's hard not to share.
