Went to them to replace the back shocks/struts in the car and had loud clanking in the back rear tire as if the tire fell off when driving. Took it back and they replaced a part that had nothing to do with it and denied responsibility. Took it to the dealership and they said Les Schwab used ZIP TIES to put the part on.
Thousands of dollars later and no still solution from Les Schwab.

I was driving with my daughter...

I was driving with my daughter from Orem to Mapleton when my check engine light went on. I pulled into the Les Schwab Tire Co. in Provo and went to the front desk where several people were standing and talking. I asked if they could check the code to see if it was safe to drive home. The unfriendly lady at the desk stated "We don't have something for that situation" and referred me to J & M transmission. I don't know for sure if this is true or not but I think there are many places where people are interested in helping and friendly to waste my time at a place like this. Will never go back.
