Provided by YPmobileI found Mr Lund was very willing to fit my glasses he worked very hard to get them just right. I have to have the sides shortened quite a bit. Every other place was not willing to do that. He Is very anxious to make sure that your glasses are just what is best for you.

What I am about to relay is the truth. I promise I am not making this up.The optometrist is a nice guy and he means well, but I didn't appreciate how he seemed bent on trying to convince me how bad my astigmatism is. It was the first time I needed glasses and he made it sound like I was going blind. I see fine without glasses, just a bit fuzzy, but he kept exaggerating my eyesight over and over. Once or twice is understandable, but it was like he couldn't shut up about it.Then when we were out in the lobby, he decided to throw out all doctor-patient confidentiality by literally pointing at me and declaring to all the strangers in the lobby that I have "very bad astigmatism." I didn't care that anyone knew that, but the lack of professionalism was appalling. My real problem, though, is with the cashier, who I think is also the owner. When I asked him if I could look at getting glasses as well as contacts, his response was, "Well, I don't know if I can help you too much. There's a lot to talk about and point out." Very curt response to what should be an obvious customer question. When I did go in a second time to look at glasses, he announced again to another person there that I have "very bad astigmatism." I decided that the lack of professionalism and courtesy, and the overwhelming exaggeration, was enough to make me just get the eyeglasses and never return to this shop. When I got a call that my eyeglasses were in a few days later, I told him that I would have to pick them up the next day because I didn't have the car that day. He said, "You live close by, you could just walk." Because of work circumstances, I couldn't, but I didn't tell him that. Instead, he assumed I just didn't want to walk and said to me, "Ever hear of the guy who was on the airport elevator when it broke down and said, 'Well, I guess I won't make it to my plane?' You know, because he just didn't want to walk." His rude insinuation that I am lazy - without knowing all the facts - was enough to make me go online and write this detailed review.I am appalled that this shop thinks it can treat its customers with disdain and inconsideration. Once I get those eyeglasses, I will never be going back. I suggest you stay as far away from this shop as you can.

I have been going to Lund Optical for almost 6 years while I have been at BYU. I have bought contacts, glasses, and had eye exams there. The service was always excellent. I have moved now and I am missing being able to go here for all my eye needs!

I was referred to Lund Optical by another optical business and I'm SO glad I was referred! The owner of Lund Optical was SO helpful to myself and my daughter, that I will buy ALL my glasses from Lund Optical in the future. Thank you for being SO personable!!

Lund Optical really has the best selection of any glasses (well at least glasses that I would want to wear). Great style! And I have been to many glasses stores. Great customer service. Not some cheap undercutting industry. Real quality with fair prices.

Advertises on google for opera glasses, and it even says opera glasses in the title. Why do you advertise for something not even related to what you sell?
