Super friendly and helpful! Installed higher quality heated leather seats, tow package, and key fabs with remote start for me at less than half the price found elsewhere. Love this great family-owned business!

I've always gone to Sound Warehouse but Pro Audio is close to my work so I tried them after reading reviews. What sold me was their friendliness. These guys are all about the customer! After dealing with the stock stereo in my Jeep JK I wanted something that I could hear with the top/doors off. It helped talking to a fellow Jeeper & they set me up right. I am so very satisfied. Can't say enough good about this shop.

These guys are absolutely the very best! I had a speaker problem due to a faulty installation from another vendor. I took my car to Soundwarehouse in Orem and they could not fix the problem, so I took my car to Pro Audio and these guys fixed my problem so easily that I used them to upgrade my system and let me tell you - IT IS AWESOME! Truly I have used a lot of installers in my lifetime and these guys are the very best! I highly recommend.

I needed a new DVD player for my van and found Pro Audio through some excellent reviews. It immediately became obvious why they have such happy customers. I honestly received some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from any company! The sales rep went out of her way to help me, and the technician happily stayed after the store closed to explain my new system to me. Their prices are very fair, their work is spot on, and they know how to treat people! I am a new lifelong customer!

I went to Pro Audio to get an all in one navigation system and back up camera for my car and I can honestly say that I will never go to another shop...ever! Not only was it a great install but the customer service was great! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I bought a van from a local car dealer and Pro Audio installed the overhead DVD player. There was an issue with the headphones and pro audio fixed it no questions asked. Their customer service is top notch and their work awesome. If I ever need any other car audio or video needs I will surely contact this company. They are great!

The crew at Pro Audio completely removed the Bose factory head unit and 6 speakers in my 2008 Miata, and installed all new stuff and an amp. You cannot see a single wire anywhere that they pulled. I was worried that once they started pulling stuff apart for the install that it would never be as solid, but if anything, it's even better. I know it took them a considerable amount of time to make sure everything was perfect, but I'm just astounded by the care they took to do it right. And the sound system, which they recommended, is everything that I hoped it would be. One of the installers even came to my home to adjust the fader on the amp so it was tailored exactly to my taste. How many businesses today are that concerned with customer satisfaction? I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Audio.

Dave is the best installer in Utah. I would definitely do business with him again!
