I love working with Provo Abstract. I am a Home Builder so I have a lot of transactions. They are always on top of all the paperwork I need before closing and are great at communicating with me. They provide first class service. When my wife was too ill to come to their office they came and closed at my home. Their fees are lower than any company I have ever worked with in the past. Mike and Linda are great. Thanks for your great service

Don't go through Provo Abstract Co.! They don't follow through with what is promised, they screwed up. They were supposed to deliver paperwork to our bank when it opened at 9am, they didn't get it there until 1:30pm. After we wired funds to them they sat on the money for an hour, which by then it was too late to wire funds to the sellers title company. We were promised we could get into our home by NO LATER than 2pm.Big mistake, I would not recommend closing with them EVER!
