Provided by YP.comThe customer service is terrible. I had them replace a tube, after which I rode the bike across the street and left it at my house. After work the next day, I went to take a ride, but the tube was flat! I took it back it in to Taylor's and told them what happened, and after examining it, they said that a thorn had crept in, popped the tube, and crept back out. When they showed me the hole, it was clearly a pinch-flat (I even had another bike shop check it out), and no matter what I said, they would deny it and feign sympathy. It drove me crazy! The reason I don't replace tubes myself is so that I don't have to buy a new tube if I install it incorrectly, but they would not replace it despite their error. I don't think that it is worth it to them to lose $3 on a wasted tube in the name of keeping a customer, but they have not considered that option. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again, despite the proximity and convenience. Terrible customer service.
