I was in shocked by when i called the lady on the phone named Carmen answered me by phone she was rude, and she seemed she didnt want to answer my call. I tolled her (Carmen) about a tracking package i needed information about. And she answered me inpatient and ride by the tone of her voice. She answered me "well, i dont know! And, i have to walk all the way to the computer for that!" agian in a rude tone. I dont know if she was having a bad day but thats the first and last time im ever calling the post office in 95w 100s provo, ut. They needed to be patient and be more friendly to the customer. Im giving this place a zero star, but i feel bad for there customer service from that lady Carmen i give them one star. I'm unsatisfied with my treating at this post office i so don't give my recommedations to this post office. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!
