These people can't be trusted. They will agree to anything just to get your money and then once you hire them they back out. Before I even wrote the check I told them I was handicapped and could not move the barrel to the curb and back again without risking a fall. I was assured that would not be a problem. That they would come to the porch to pick up the trash and return the barrel to the porch and they did just that for the first couple of months. Then they stopped. I was again assured they would do as promised when I called to file a complaint. When I called a third time I was basically told by a very rude young man that he didn't care what I was promised this was how it was going to be from this point foward. I told him I would be looking for another company. Within an hour they had removed my barrel from my yard, even though I still had service I had paid for. I have tired contacting the woman who made the agreement in the first place but she is now ignoring my calls.

Don't trust a thing these people tell you. They will promise you anything you want just to get you to hire them and then after a couple of months they will back out of any arrangements they have agreed too. I told them before I ever wrote the check that I was handicapped and I could not move the trash barrel back and forth to the curb. I told them more than once that I feared falling and being injured if I tried to move the barrel on my own (I walk with a cane and I'm very unsteady on my feet). I was assured by the woman who delivered the barrel that that would not be a problem. That they had no problem coming to the porch to pick up the barrel and would return it to the porch. This lasted about 2 months. When my barrel started being left at the end if of my driveway I called and filed a complaint with the same woman. I was again told that they were in the wrong. That they had agreed to move the barrel for me and she would speak to her guys. This lasted maybe 2 pickups. On labor day I placed a note on the trash barrel asking them to please return the barrel to the porch. It was ignored. I called and filed another complaint stating if I had to I would start deducting money from my bill, thinking maybe that would get them to follow through with what they promised. Instead I got a call within 5 minutes from a very rude young man telling me they were a curb side service only. I explained that this was agreed upon at the time I signed on to their service. I was told basically that he didn't care what I was promised the HE was telling me from here on my service would go one way and one way only. I stated that I would have to find another company (Yes, I was very angry). I then tried to call the lady I had been dealing with but my call was ignored and went unanswered. The next morning I left for work and found my barrel had been removed from my home despite the fact that I still had service I had already paid for. I had NOT officially cancelled my service yet as I was going to have to call around to find someone willing to work with the handicapped, which these people apparently are not. So if your handicapped or elderly, this is definitely not the company for you and if you want a company that stands behind their word, look elsewhere.
