I called A Tin Man for a GeoThermal AC repair during the summer. He came out, diagnosed the problem and installed a new part. The system still did not function properly so he was called back out. He insisted all was working as it should, that maybe it's just too hot out. But the AC still was NOT functioning as it had in the past. He then quit answering his phone and he did not return messages.



Months later the system went down on the heat side. I called A Tin Man again and he said he'd be out the next day to have a look. He did not show up, he did not answer his phone and he did not return messages.



I then called a different GeoThermal company whose tech found A Tin Man installed an incorrect and incompatible part (it's a shared part between AC and heat). Once properly fixed by the other company the system now works correctly and as it should.



Unfortunately I found A Tin Man to be unreliable and unprofessional. I strongly suggest you save yourself time and money and look elsewhere, you can find better.
