Apria has been the worst experience for me. I used to have Pacific Pulmonary and they would call and check on my supplies and quickly got me what I needed. I had to switch due to my insurance and I have yet to get any supplies after being their"customer" for over a year. Finally resorted to buying supplies with no insurance on line. I made an order with Apria and after a month I called to see where mask is. Guess what .. what order?? can't even talk to the local people that made the order so stuck talking to someone that knows nothing! Frustrated ? yes! People rely on this stuff people get your shit together!... great I have to give them a star or it won't take it!! LOL!
