Provided by YP.comAquaFlow will get the water softener installed...or whatever else they're selling but when it needs to be repaired, good luck! You'll also be prompted to buy a KDF filter for $150 that the owner says will protect the softener from chlorine and make it last forever. Whoops...Our city does not use chlorine to disinfect the water; the Board of Waterworks uses chloramines, a combination of chlorine and ammonia to disinfect the municipal water system. A KDF filter does not remove chloramines or any part of the compound. Glad I didn't fall for an extra $150 charge for a useless filter. Here is the problem: Starting September 25, 2017 I called due to lack of water pressure so I by-passed the softener which solved the pressure problem. The owner, Mark Gomez picked up my softener to re-bed it with resin which he said doesn't last long here because of the high chlorine levels and again suggested a KDF filter to save the resin bed. I already did my research and decided just to get new resin and had an appointment to have the softener put back in on November 27, 2017. I waited all day and he was a no-show. I later called to see when I would be put on the work schedule again. Determined to sell a filter the owner recommend putting some activated charcoal in with the resin. Research didn't prove that out so I called to say No on the charcoal, just do the resin and bring back the softener. That's the last I heard from Mark Gomez. I would guess I've called and talked to Aquaflow's receptionist at least 25 times leaving messages for a return call about when I could have the softener put back in. I originally paid $900 and the attached meter was $100 which I had recently replaced when it failed. The last time I called I was told that since more than 90 days had elapsed from the time he picked it up, Mark, the owner considered it abandoned and he had sold my water softener! Abandonment requires intent and my weekly calls to this business does not support abandonment. I had called too many times trying to get on the work schedule to have it brought back . So I didn't see how Mark Gomez justified keeping or selling my water softener. I had my lawyer write a letter to AquaFlow demanding a response and still, nothing. I finally had my son call and speak to the receptionist and he was not nearly as nice as I had been. That actually prompted a call back from Delores Gomez; I assume that's his wife. She promised to seek a resolution to the problem. I was clear that the only resolution would be to bring my water softener back. Well, that was over 3 weeks ago, and the last I heard from AquaFlow... All I'm asking is for Mark Gomez to bring back my water softener. This is no way to run a business! I will now have to take him to Small Claims Court. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau.

About 18 months ago Mark Gomez, the owner of AquaFlow took my water softener to re-resin it and I have not been able to get him to bring it back. He will not return calls. I've had my personal lawyer send AquaFlow a letter demanding he bring it back but all communication has been ignored. They have a nice part time receptionist, obviously paid to placate people with promises that they are "working" on your problem...but nothing gets done. If I could give this business a zero star rating I would.

Provided by YP.comI'd been a customer for 2+ years for my water softner salt purchases with no complaints; however, have become extremely disapointed with AF over the past several weeks. Contacted them the1st week of Jan. to inquire about having my water softner moved. 3 weeks later, still no call, so called them back. While the gal up front was very nice and apologetic, she also said someone would contact me within a few days to discuss coming out and looking at what I need done, bid, etc. Two weeks later, still no call, called them back. While she sounded very surprized (once again) that I had not been contacted, she again assured me someone would soon. On a Friday, another 1 & 1/2 weeks after that conversation, I rec'd a message indicating someone would contact me on Monday following the weekend. You guessed it, Monday came and went with no call. I left a message the next day, indicating that no one contacted me as promised and to forget about it. 1 1/2 months to contact me? C'mon.

Provided by YP.comCalled them up to service my units, I was told that I would be getting a call on the next Tuesday to let me know when they will be out. I received no call, I called them on Wednesday and was told they were working in Pueblo West. The lady that answers the phone said that she only works half days and does not do the scheduling, who ever works in the field does the scheduling, why even have her what good is it!! She informed me that she would let them know I called again. Starting week two and still no call, so I called again same song and dance. I ask her about customer service to which there is none and about letting the customer know that their scheduling has changed, oh wait there is not any!! I asked her if they had a cell number and she said yes but can’t give it out no surprise. It has been three weeks and no call, I like to help out the local businesses in town but not this one. I would not use this business for anything!!
