In the process of building a home in Pueblo and every contractor that I've come into contact with has been top notch, except for C&O Window and Door. The owner's son is the primary contact, but only when he feels like it. It takes weeks to get ahold of him, never calls back, and when you do get in contact with him, he'll often give some personal excuse as to why he hasn't done his job. Furthermore, I've sat and listened to him bad mouth other contractors and trades to customers while ignoring his own blatant disregard for customer service. For this reason alone, I would not recommend C&O to anyone that is looking to have a project done in a timely manner. Their pricing is competitive, meaning not cheaper or more expensive than other places, but when you add in the total and complete lack of customer service provided, I would gladly pay slightly more to someone else.
