Have done business with Car Doctor in Pueblo West for two and a half years. Always have received professional, friendly, and prompt service. They have gone above expectations to help, but this last week was beyond what anyone could expect. I had a fuel pump go out on me 10 months ago and called Car Doctor. They towed my vehicle in ( over 10 mile trip ) found the problem, and did the repairs authorized. They even picked me up and gave me a ride home from work while they did the repairs, which is a $27 taxi fare, a no charge. Well, last weekend my vehicle shut off on me, and would not restart. Contacted them Monday and they towed it in, and come to find fuel pump had gone bad. I was told there was no charge for the repairs, and they would have my vehicle ready that afternoon. I came by after work and indeed my vehicle was ready, and i was told there was no charge. When I asked "not even for the tow?" the response I was given was "no, you wouldn't have needed the tow if the fuel pump hadn't gone bad."I trusted Car Doctor before, but wow!

I took my car to the Car Doctor at 193 W. Idaho Springs Drive in Pueblo, CO last week and had the worst car repair experience of my life. I was given three estimated times of when my car was to be ready for me to pick up. Each time when I either called or arrived to claim my car it was not ready. I really would have appreciated a call to inform me that there was going to be a delay, but no call was made from Car Doctor. I was hoping their quality of work was going to be better than their customer service. I was sadly wrong. When I finally retrieved my car, three days after Car Doctorâs first estimated completion date, I began driving my car home. Before I completed this 10 mile drive, I began to hear severe noises coming from under the front end of my car. I had just spent over $2000 at Car Doctor to repair/replace my brakes, shocks, struts, alignment and tires, and now my car is barely drivable. The next morning, I drove my car to another repair shop in Pueblo to fix what Car Doctor had done to my car. My car made so much noise on the way to this repair shop that I was surprised that I made it. $40 more dollars and my car is running nicely again. Car Doctor did not tighten the sway bars in my car during their repair job.I will never take my car to any Car Doctor again!

Took my vehicle to them for transmission flush. They never filled it up properly causing the tranny to slip. I took it back the same day and a week later they said I had a bad circuit board and it would be hundreds to fix! So for a second opinion I went to another shop and they found right away that the tranny wasn't even properly filled.
