The customer service was horrible. By the time It was my turn I already knew about the personal credit business of another customer and numerous personal information about others. The girl behind the counter was LOUD and RUDE. She would be waiting on someone then announce loudly that he would have to wait as her computer was not working and she couldn't get the codes to work. She then proceeded to flirt with the guy she was helping and totally ignoring the rest of us. Another poor girl was there training, I felt sorry for her as I could tell she was trying her best.

As I left, the rude girl was talking on the phone to apparantly what I THINK was maybe a manager of some sort and when I asked the new girl who was finishing up waiting on us for the name of the manager. The rude girl interupted and told me that they had a policy not to give out the manager's name. She then told the person on the phone that she had a rude lady who was giving her attitude. I was then told that the mysterious manager would be giving me a call. Of course, no phone call. I will never step foot in that Cricket store again or the other two that is owned by the same person, th eone in the Pueblo Mall and the one on Troy Ave.
