Called to get a part, I gave them the Maytag part number, they said they needed the model of the unit so I gave that to them, only for the employee to say she would give the information to the service tech when he returns in about FOUR hours! Come on ! Hire some competent people!!! and the entire time I was speaking with this company representative there was a loud yappy dog in the background so she had me repeat everything a couple times. I will not do business with this company!
And if I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!

First off, Cassandra called me to schedule a time to come look at our oven and was absolutely a delight to talk to. She was the pinical of expertise and customer satisfaction. She sent two men out, one I believe being the owner, who were here first thing in the morning and had our oven fixed and heating up within 10 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I am a currently enrolled in a University and was very interested in what they were doing to fix it and they were abliged to answer any questions I had. I can honestly say I would recommend not only for the work they do, but also the fact that Cassandra is one of the most respectable people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to.

HORRIBLE service. Came in a purchased a used washer/dryer. This thing leaks everywhere. The model I purchased has a electronic control panel and I asked 4 TIMES if everything worked. They said up and down that it did. ALL LIES. Now waiting 2 weeks for someone to come out and look at it.. Hope you go out of business soon!! Can't stand these rude people.

We ordered a replacement part the week before Thanksgiving, and paid for it in advance. First clue things were not going to go well was not being open at the time quoted directly to us; 2nd is the state of the store; 3rd is the failure to respond to our phone calls; 4th is the poor little receptionist that cannot provide any information; 5th is the failure to receive any paper trail that our part has ever been ordered; 6th is the fact that they have deposited our money with no contact or product for us....This is the second time in the last few years that this has happened. We have purchased a high end stove, washer, and dryer from this store, and what a difference has occurred in the last 10 years. Corporate customer service isn't any better. Stay clear if you want parts and service. I think 1 star is a pretty high rating.

They have had my dryer for a week and after many calls to them with no return calls. I finally get ahold of them and they tell me they don't know how long it will take. I would never recommend this business to anybody.

They take forever to first of all come out to check what's wrong then if you need a part could take up to a week and a half later. I have been without my dryer for almost 3weeks! Never ever again will I make this mistake. The bad thing is I bought both washer and dryer from this store. Not a good way to treat any customer. Let alone someone that has had them repair all of my appliances in the past. I would give -10 if it was available.

Excellent experience! Since I live way out of town, I took the dryer into the shop in my pickup truck. I was greeted professionally and dropped off the dryer, and they completed the repair within a few hours. I didn't meet the service person, but the young lady at the counter was helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to take an appliance there again.
