Ask for the replaced part upon pick-up. I estimate, half of the intended repairs are not actually completed but BILLED. Please, take due care and supervise the integrity of work. Due to this impairment I would use an alternate mechanic.

Great customer service! I've called around to ask for service on my bike and after a few rude people I finally got somebody that had a sense of pride in the customer service department!
