I asked the lady that was onsite if we could cut our locks off as we lost the keys. She said sure you can or we could cut them off for you. Well I already had bolt cutters so we went to our storage. And the lady that we just talked to started yelling from her van. Saying we need to leave the premises and we could not cut our locks. She knew she just talked to us. Strange place! Will not do business with this place again.

This is a very clean facility. It is really secure. I had the best experience with all the office people. I thank them for making my stay with them a great one.

I have been with Eagleridge Mini Storage for 7 years. I have nothing but respect for the owners and management. I have always been treated kindly being greeted with a friendly smile! The facility is always clean. I have never had problems with mice or bugs because they have monthly pest control. I would never use another facility in Pueblo because none compare to Eagleridge. I was very saddened when Mr. Shaffer passed away due to Alzheimer's Disease. He was a wonderful person. Always made me laugh.

Was with this company for 5 years and got a letter stating not to let people in the facility with your code, so one day I'm going in to get stuff and the car in front of me stops and yells at me to punch in my code. NO use your code, so they eventually opened the gate on their own. I went in drove to my unit and the same car pulls up behind me yelling at me. Telling me why am I ignoring her. I said I don't have to answer anything for you, she tells me yes you do I am the owner. My husband and I explain why I didnt punch in my code for them and she keeps yelling I asked her repeatedly to stop screaming as I had kids in the car. She kept screaming and getting closer and closer to my face and my husbands face. We apologized and my husband even was talking to her husband who got out of the car and was shaking hands. Today we got a letter in the mail we have 7 days to vacate our 2 extremely full units as when my mother passed away we put her whole house in the units. Kicker is 7 days to vacate but we need to be out in 3 or else we will owe another month, makes no sense. Frustrated at how she was acting in front of children and thanks for treating loyal customers like that. Belva Schaffer was the most ignorant person I have had the pleasure in dealing with, I feel sorry for her husband as he wasn't allowed any say in the matter.
