I have received good customer service.

Highly unprofessional. They open new accounts at the counter and ask for your social security number numerous times in front of other customers. Did not receive any information on the credit union when I signed up, and had to go back to get the full account number and routing number to set up a direct deposit. Then had issues with the online banking. Their IT department still could not figure it out after a week and nobody ever called to follow up on the situation. After being a member for two weeks and not being able to make a single transaction, I promptly withdrew my money and went somewhere else. Would not recommend this credit union.

I went into your bank today to cash a check for my 9 year old son. It was a birthday present from his grandma. We were not greeted with a hello or even a smile. The girl asked if she can help with a very bland look. The check for $20 was made out to my son. They said they could not cash it because he had no I'd. They, there was 3 sitting there, said I could not cash it with my I'd neither. They never asked if we were interested in opening a new account. I just returned to Pueblo recently employed by Vestas Wind in Pueblo. I will not be banking with Minnequa Bank. My mother has been a customer since it was a small bank in Bessemer.

I find the Eagleridge location fast and friendly.

I recently opened a new account (saving and checking) and was very impressed with the professional service I received from the eagleridge branch. The online banking is very easy to use. I would recommend Minnequa Works Credit Union, they won't nickle and dime you like other places.
