I have been a customer to Norton Insurance for over a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about their business, especially their customer service. They are very helpful, friendly/personal & get things done right as well as VERY quickly making my life much easier knowing I don't have to check up on the work they have done. I have called for several issues all of which have been taken care of the same business day. I would suggest their services to anyone that wants a reliable insurance company and doesn't want to just become a number lost in a large corporation that doesn't really care about their customers.
