I had Tasha pick me up on Oct 11, 2023 and she was prompt, delightful and knew exactly where my friend lived ( a million miles away in some ranchy community )
Sean was my driver on Oct 17 also on time, patiently waiting for me, as I dilly dallied , and was also very personable and ...went out of his way to return my cell, when I left it in his car. Christine the dispatcher got him on the phone, he pulled over, checked, and immediately turned around ( this was over 25 minutes since dropping me off at Pueblo airport) and came back- happily waving my phone- Everyone I dealt with at this company was extremely pleasant and professional.

On Friday afternoon called for a pickup from 63 E Spaulding returning to a destination about 5 minutes away. Had to wait for an hour and a half. Telephone operator Rickie or Nickie claimed there were only 2 cabs running which is why the delay. The walk would have been shorter.

I have had two experiences with City Cab - once just a phone call for some information and a few months later, (tonight) my teenage son and two friends called for a cab home from a party. The driver was fantastic!!! Thank you for being good to my young man and the older friends he was babysitting!

Walk. Not worth the wait or the few bucks.

Pathetically substandard service, strongly do not recommend!
