I purchased a 07 Nissan Xterra two and a half years agoand just recently traded for a 08 Xterra.I have been very pleased with the service and staff.Kris Aragon (Internet Mgr.) both times sold me the Xterras.He is knowledgeable and helpful.This is one of the many reasons why I will continue to buy from Pueblo Toyota

bought 2 cars.

I bought 2 cars from Pueblo Toyota A 2004 Chevy Cavalier in 2006 and a 2006 Dodge Caravan in 2010. I was very pleased with the way we were treated. I will more than likely buy another vehicle from them in the future!!!

Service

From what I remember this was a Non-Toyota vehicle and we sent them back to the local VW dealer, but in his complaint he said it was a Toyota. At any rate we take any customer complaint very serious so we can maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index with Toyota and the most important too maintain our high customer retention, for future business. I have been with Toyota for 12 years and would not work anywhere else. My department- Business Developement Center- is highly focused on customer retention. Poor Service Recommendations

I took my Toyota into the dealer service because it was rattling at stoplights and stop signs. I was quoted a price of $1,300 to fix the problem. Wanting a second opinion, I took it to another auto repair place. He put it on his lift, removed the rock that was wedged between the oil pan and frame and said that'll be $20 !!!! Unbelievable! When the service manager was confronted, I was offered a free oil chance. Nice. Fat chance they'll ever see my car again. Do not ever get your vehicle serviced at a dealer.
