The workers at Taco Star have no customer service skills. I had to take my order back , it was completely wrong. When I took it back and asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back and started yelling at me for no reason. These workers were a bunch of low life people that were extremely rude and a bunch of idiots that don't know how to take an order. When I asked for the owners number they gave it to me and I tried calling it several times but no answer. Whoever is running this business is a complete idiot that needs to shut down all of their stores. Who would hire a bunch of idiots to work at their business and drive it into the ground.

WHEN YOUR RESTAURANT FIRST OPENED UP, I THOUGHT IT WAS WONDERFUL. BUT I WAS THERE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO TO THE ONE ON PUEBLO BLVD., AND I ORDERED TO HARD TACOS. I COULD HOLD UP THE TACOS AND THE GREASE JUST DRIPPED OFF OF IT. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I DOUBT THAT ME OR MY HUSBAND WILL GO BACK. EVEN IF ALL WE WANTED IN THE MEAT CATEGORY WAS ROAST BEEF, TO BE ADDED TO A TORTILLA, WE HAVE TO HAVE THE ONIONS, PEPPERS AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU PUT IN THAT. TO SAY THE LEAST WE HAVE BECOME VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TACO STAR.

I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE AT LEAST THE GREASE THAT YOU ARE SERVING IN YOUR FOOD.

Taco Star, I got my meal and sat in the Restaurant to eat. That's when I could over hear the workers trash talking all the non hispanic customers in the restaurant. When I approached them about their views of white people. They said and I quote "If you don't like it white boy then get the expletive out of the Restaurant. This is the Food Guy and I give Taco Star of Pueblo 0 out of 5 stars. I can tell from other reviews posted this isn't an isolated incident.

Twice I have gone there for breakfast and twice the two mexican workers were speaking spanish. They were putting down all the white people in the store and laughing about spitting in their food. I guess they dont think that some of us white people can speak spanish to. I will report them to the health department.
