I have been eating at Martinez cafe for years i love the look and don't mind the no cell phone policy. However, I went in today with my son who is almost three and the little elderly lady (guessing one of the owners) told me to control my child. My son had touched a wooden sign they had in their window I told him not to touch it, he did stop. Then she continued to watch him and he had a penny and he was holding it up to the window not hurting anything, she said control your child to me again. My friend and I got up to leave and as we are walking out the door she repeatedly said control your child as if I couldn't hear her. It was so very rude I couldn't believe it I was stunned I wont be going there ever again. Their food it good, but Mill Stop is very good too and their customer service is really amazing.
