Provided by YP.comThe people fitting the wheelchair seemed to be unaware of the health issues that my mother (the user of the wheelchair) had. They told her to get in she just had to make "a little hop" which was not possible for her. She is stuck with an expensive wheelchair that is uncomfortable for her to use to the point she does not want to leave the house unless she absolutely has to. The wheelchair leans her forward so she has to strain to hold herself in the chair. My dad ordered a couple of expensive modification kits for the chair from the company, but they did not help.
