They break the law by not providing title within 30 days, then after you tell them you’re filing a complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Revenue Auto Dealer division they magically get the title in less than 24 hours. Too bad it’s been well past 30 days; the complaint has been filed.



You will not be treated with respect and in fact the general manager will interrupt you, treat you like an idiot and be very condescending to you. The sales people will lie to your face and make excuses every step of the way as to why they don’t have title in hand for used vehicles they are selling. Obviously from other reviews this is not the first time they have acted this way to customer nor is it the first time they took longer than 30 days to deliver a proper title.



Overall, of all the auto dealers I have ever dealt with, I have never been made to feel so horrible or had such a horrible experience.



This situation is even worse because I was merely assisting a family member with mild cerebral palsy, a well documented handicap, so he didn’t get taken advantage of and that’s exactly what they did...took advantage of us both.
