Terrible service. Michelle cannot cut hair! I have curly hair and now I can’t wear it straight until I go pay someone to fix the choppy, uneven disaster she created. Also, the salon is a complete mess. I was new to pueblo so I reached out on a local Facebook group to find a stylist and her husband referred me to her. Her husband has now harassed me on Facebook because I told them I was unhappy with the service I received. It was very unprofessional, he told me over and over that my haircut looked good, and I have nothing to be upset about. They promised me 50% refund and I have yet to get that. Please don’t go here! Just look at the pictures of my hair. It’s so uneven and choppy, and it’s also 4-5 inches shorter than what I asked for. I paid her $100 for her to do this to my hair...
