On Saturday afternoon, Sept 20, 2014 stopped by YWCA to get information about their swimming pool schedule. The front door was locked had to buzz. The woman over the intercom asked what I needed. When I asked for the hours the pool was open I was told, she did not have that information, and the pool was closed for maintenance that day anyway. very brusk speaking next to rude.

On May 19, 2014, I went to the YWCA for a swim. Afterwards, I inquired of the front desk lady about the bus schedule. She did not have it, but was willing to call the Chamber to find out for me. At that moment, some woman called down, and then showed up in person, told me they don't help with this kind of information, and rudely told me to leave the building!!!! This happened at 11 am. Then I saw anti-bully posters downtown, as I walked, on which YWCA was featured as a sponsor. Yeah, right?!
