Im not sure why one person on here that posted a bad review had a bad experience.Ive dealt with Michelle at her salon for years.Shes amazing!! Now as far as price just like anything else,your going to pay for quality!! Shes the only one that touches and colors my hair!! Also Jessica does my eye lashes and I love them.

Michelle the owner from A Cut Above salon is a truly amazing person! I will start off my saying every time I walk into her salon I am instantly greeted with with happy faces I love how warm and welcoming her salon is! She was the stylelist for my wedding and she truly played a huge part in making my day extra special by making me look absolutely gorgeous hair and makeup! I take my boys to her for ther haircuts and always do an amazing job! And I will say she has done the best color on my hair I have ever had! I never once have received a bad time when I enter her salon she is truly an amazing person with such amazing talent!

Amazing! When my hairstylist flaked out on me four days before my wedding, A Cut Above's owner, Michelle, came to the rescue. Unsure of where to start finding a stylist on such short notice, I contacted my florist at Designs of Elegance. Within a few hours my florist had connected me with Michelle, and Michelle was quick to save the day by agreeing to come on-site for my wedding. In addition to accommodating three hair-dos, she was also able to bring her make-up artist on site. She even fit me in for a dry-run styling two days before the wedding. Michelle is extremely professional and fun to be around. She made it clear that her priority was for me to love my hair and make-up - and I did! Michelle takes your verbal feedback and ideas and brings them to life with ease. The morning of the wedding she texted me to see if she could bring me anything from town, and continuously asked if she could get me anything or if I was too warm, etc. My mother and sister also had hair and make-up done and the three of us couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We went from not having a stylist to having the BEST! Thank you, Michelle and A Cut Above.

After searching all over i stopped in to inquire if they had tanning. The place was very clean and I was greeted right away. They even rushed me in because the had appointments coming in shortly and didn't want me to have to wait that long. The rooms and bed were clean. Although the cleaning spray was right there in case you like to clean it yourself. They also had the eye covers and stickers right in the room. There was a good stereo and decent size mirror. The bed came on and turned off on its own, much easier than trying to figure it out yourself. I was very impressed as I was checking out and they showed me the prices. Very reasonable for a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return and would recommend to friends and family.

I recently had the great pleasure of visiting Michelle and staff at A Cut Above. As soon as I walked into the salon, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who put me at ease. The salon had an overall positive vibe, and I was truly impressed with Michelle’s level of professionalism and willingness to listen to what I desired in a style. My entire experience at the salon was truly incredible, from the friendly customer service to Michelle’s attention to detail. Michelle went to great lengths to listen to me and to understand the look I desired, and she made this look become a reality. Of all of the salons I have visited, I have never had my stylist “teach” me how to do my hair. Michelle took the extra time to explain to me how to style my hair, and I could tell that it was her goal to achieve the style that I requested. She worked tirelessly to this end. I have visited many salons, and I would have to say that A Cut Above is, by far, the best overall salon experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend A Cut Above, as it is a first-class salon experience!

They charge way to much and the owner doesn't even know how to do nails I can't imagine how she does hair will never go back rip off!
