I put a $50.00 deposit on a piece of equipment. This item turned out not to be compatible with my equipment. In all of our prior discussions the only issue we had was the compatible factor. It is not as if we decided not to purchase the equipment (we are still looking for a replacement), it just wouldn’t work. After numerous discussions with Missy, she still claims that the deposit is non-returnable. We put the deposit down after conversations and assurances from Missy that it would work. In any event, it will not work on our machine. In a nutshell we put down a $50.00 deposit, the item in question does not work, now they refuse to return our deposit.
