Took over two weeks to replace a trailer hitch. Charges 5 times the quoted price. Now the truck leaks fuel. Had to take to a real mechanic to get fixed. Worst experience ever!

Jerovetz Auto repair shop in Pulaski will never receive any more of my business. I went there to fix my car’s fan and the air conditioning. After a day, the fan was fixed and they claimed the air conditioning was fixed too, but less than 5 miles away from the shop it reverts back to blowing nothing but hot air. I brought it back the next day and if they would have fixed it then, everything would have been fine. I get a call later that day stating they fixed the A/C again, but now the car won’t start. He thought it was the fuel pump which has absolutely nothing to do with the A/C. I put down $400 for the new pump and leave it overnight. The next day he says it is not the fuel pump but doesn’t give any suggestions as to what is wrong. At this point, I had enough of dealing with those shady characters and said we will take it someplace else. We ended up towing it out to a different place where they had to replace the whole computer system. Once we got the car back, the A/C is still not working! The people at the repair shop would not look me in the eyes when I asked what they did and actually tried to get away with it being “bad luck” and would only give me a partial refund of the $400 i had put down for the fuel pump! How can a car that we have had no problems with other than a fan not working all of a sudden go bad in a mechanic’s shop? Shady business, do not use!
