The lady that works there is very rude. She talked to me like I was a child and was very irritated with my very presence it seemed. I will definitely not ever go back!
p.s I would give them 0 stars if I could...but it required me to give 1

I have been here twice and both times I was treated rudely by the lady working there. She is cold and very condescending. I told her what I needed for a part for our washer and she told me that basically the service repairman would HAVE to come to our house to repair it, that I could not do it myself. She was very cold and sarcastic too. I went home. I researched it myself and ordered a new coupler for only $3.20 online. I replaced the broken coupler myself and fixed our washer for only $3.20!! I will never go to this business again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know. There is NO reason to be cold, rude, condescending to anyone who comes to your business for service. I would give them ZERO stars, but the minimum is 1.

My entire week was put on hold when I had a repair done by their one (and only) technician. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. My washer was not spinning and I guessed it was a coupler problem. The tech came out that day right on time and he replaced it and left without testing the unit. I called 30 minutes after the repair to done to ask them why it still wasn't spinning. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that I would be contacted soon by the tech who was out on another service call. I was called about an hour later saying that they would be there at 2. I waited until 7 on my only day off during a week where I worked 80 hours. I was unable to do anything else because I waited for a technician who never showed up or called. I called the next day and was told they could squeeze me in the afternoon. I called at 5 saying that they had not had time. I gave up for the day. I got a call 30 minutes after 5 and did not get to the phone in time, apparently they had one opening after 5. I called the next morning and made another appointment at 1 and made sure I had a break from work at that time for the technician. He was 30 minutes late and once again did not fix the issue. He said it was a problem with the tranny when the washer will spin, with a LOT of stuff in it periodically. He said because he could stop it with his hand it was a tranny issue. I was unimpressed by the customer service and the technical background of the serviceman. Do not go here. Howard hughes fixed my issue and now I have a spinning washer again.

Best service ever! Wonderful selection of appliances, amazing repairmen. If you are looking for local stores so you don't have to go to Spokane, this is the best! We bought our glass top cook stove in January from them. Best decision we ever made. And we only paid $680 for it! It's a Frigidaire, and great quality. We will always come back to this place when we upgrade our other appliances.
