Lack of customer service

I would like to address this review to OWNERS attention!!!!!!!

I had a construction crew staying at your motel for a month in 2 rooms and my credit card was charged extra. Twice I went to talk to a manager (BOLD RUDE GUY) with no luck and any reasonable explanation or receipt for the charges.

1visit: I arrived there around 5pm and met the manager (BOLD RUDE GUY) outside I asked him where is the office. He guided me there but nobody was in the office. There is the sign saying " we will be back in 5 min thank you have a sit" I sat there for 10 min and girl came in with the manager (BOLD RUDE GUY) I asked them about the charges and receipts. As a manager BOLD RUDE GUY did not have reasonable explanation for a charges and nor rooms he was charging. He said that guys switched rooms and he doesn't have a track of it. All he cares that rooms were occupied and accordingly charged to my card. Also extras $350 for mud clean up and $125 for lost key. Mud clean up really all you do is vacuum not replace the carpet common get real. With no other explanation or receipt I left and talked to my superintendent.

2 visit. After I talked to my superintendent I discovered that my crew stayed only a month and they left to a different hotel however my card was charged for 2 month. I got there around 5 pm again nobody was at front desk. I rang the bell 2 and (BOLD RUDE GAY) showed up from back door. I was very nice and polite but he was rude. I nicely asked him to provide me receipts but he started cursing and I was asked to leave or he will call the police for tress passing. Which my reply was "Call the police I really need to know why r you overcharging me". It was like talking to the wall he started yelling and cursing. Like a crazy person. Which is unacceptable in my opinion. So I left with no receipts and had to dispute and block it from my card. I think owners should reconsider this person's position and have a chat with him about his work ethics. I will really appreciate if the owners take care of this matter. Thank you.

The housekeepers were especially amused at your lack of comprehension about turning your facet to get HOT water!!



3 times the girls at the front desk explained to you that the facet had been reversed by the plumbers...



...a 3 year old went to your room and found hot water within 15 seconds...



You are an idiot and we will no longer be accepting reservations from you or anyone in your party.



We will be sending this letter to ALL of the hotels & motels in the area..so that they too will be able to refuse you service in the future!

You should probably should stay here...it was very quite during the night and the rooms were very clean and smelled fresh...not what I expected since it is an older motel. The "deluxe continental breakfast" (as they called it) was very nice and the coffee was the best I have had for some time! The manager was a crack up and the housekeepers were very...very easy on the eyes...also the price was very reasonable!

I will definately be back and I will definately stay at the Manor Lodge Motel!!!
