Provided by YPmobileI don't suggest going here. It would be worth your time and money to drive somewhere with a more caring atmosphere. I got a bad feeling based on the rude tone of the secretary when I scheduled. She made sure to collect payment info, which is fine but then the Doctor should provide high quality care. He spent two minutes with me and was not concerned with my questions, then when I called with follow up questions they acted like I had troubled them. This place is very money driven with a terrible standard of care.

4 wisdom teeth extracted. No follow up call or appointment to check them. Pain on one side of the face exceeding 3 days. Called to discuss, was waived off. Called the next day, as it had gotten worse. Dr. Cordova splits time between pullman/lewiston and was out of office all week. How do you get help when your doctor is not available? They assured he'd call, it took until the end of the day, at which time he asked me to explain my symptoms over the phone and then told me it sounds normal. I felt this way at the "consult" as well, where he discussed my entire situation from looking at the xray, but didn't even look in my mouth. All I can say is I know my body, and I know that the pain I'm feeling now is not "normal" but he doesn't want to take 10 minutes to LOOK at it. I believe I have an infection, and can't get the help I need. If nothing else, a good doctor would put his patient at ease by checking.

My experience with Oral and Facial surgery was the best dr./dentist experience I have ever had. The team was extremely experienced and answered every question I had directly and in a way i could understand. (without beating around the bush). I was impressed by the level of comfort and hospitality i received. Not only did I receive a courtesy call the next day to answer any questions i had and to see how i was feeling i also received a generous "thank you" delivery. Dr. Cordova and his team have an excellent quality of service. I am very thankful to have fallen in their hands of care!!!

I would NOT recommend this so called "surgical center" in Lewiston, Idaho. I am a parent of three children who have all had their wisdom teeth extracted by an oral surgeon. I have excellent health care insurance and could have gone anywhere to have this procedure done. We wen to this office because it was the only one in town. My dentist only recommended him because he was the only one in town. I did not meet the doctor or view the center before I took my daughter there today. My daughter, age 21, went to the consultation by herself and immediately felt uncomfortable with Dr. Cordova. She said within 20 seconds of meeting Dr. Cordova, he reached out and stroked her cheek with his middle finger, saying, "Your nerve runs from here to there" as he moved his finger from her jaw line to her chin. After he stroked her chin, he THEN opened the file and began talking about the upcoming surgery. She felt uncomfortable with him but still chose him because he was recommended by our dentist. Our dentist later told me he didn't know the doctor personally but knew Dr. Cordova had done his residency and then worked with the military for three years. Military experience? THAT explains why he is so low quality. The "surgical center" is no more than a dingy old dentist's office. The reception area is staffed by an unwelcoming and uninformative receptionist. The "post op" supplies were meager and cheap. My daughter was given a small baggie with 6 pieces of thin gauze (which she quickly used within the hour to stop the bleeding). I had to run to the Owl pharmacy to buy a box of gauze to meet her needs. The "ice pack" she was given just before she was ushered out the back door was simply a zipped baggie with two ice cubes they dug out of the freezer. The baggie was wrapped in a kitchen quality paper town (sparkie brand complete with yellow and green daisies). The paper town had been affixed with a piece of scotch tape. SERIOUSLY? Dr. Cordova just extracted 4 of my daughter's wisdom teeth in this "surgical center" and sends her out the door with "medical" supplies I could pick up at the local grocery store? At least they could have given her a one-time-use ice baggie. How tacky! I'm am soooo incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism in this office. I wish I could call my insurance and tell them to cut the payment to be commensurate with the quality of treatment we received. At least I can warn all of my Lewiston friends and now the public. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Go out of the Valley!
