I bought my girlfriend a trike from Acme for Christmas two years ago, it is a beautiful blue Miami Sun. She rides it all over Punta Gorda and loves every mile. The service could not have been better. Everyone from the service person in the store to the delivery person who brought the trike to our house were sensational. The man who delivered it even put a basket on the front for us that we already had and didn't buy from Acme. But, here is the topper, one day my girlfriend went to the garage to get her trike for a ride and one of her tires was low, when she tried to pump it up the nozzle end of the hose broke of, this is a tire pump we have had for a long time, not purchased from Acme. So, we took it with us to Acme, just to see if they had a simular one we could purchase. Instead they fixed the old one at no charge, even though it was not purchased in their store. They could have sold us one of their's for $40.00 to $70.00 but they fixed ours for free. That's real class and excellent customer relations. We will be going back to the Acme Bicycle Shop for anything we need in pedal power.

Worst shopping experience of my life. I will never return to this horrid place. I brought my bike in for a tune up. The owner said it would take two days or so. It took them two and a half weeks to finish. All services are way overpriced. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

I entered the store looking for a mountain bike. They had none. They then sent me to their sattelite store in Port Charlotte- drove all the way there- again no Mt bikes. When I discussed that I had driven as advised by the employee in PG- owner became irrate and told me they could order one for me. Get real- who would order a bike without trying it. Both stores tiny with no selection.

I have visited the other shops in Port Charlotte and your service wins 100% over theirs. They don't remember anyone from Adam - I was in twice before I came to Acme and neither the owner or her employee remembered me. I feel that when I walk into Acme, you know who I am and that makes me feel very comfortable in making choices about stuff that I'm not sure about. I trust your opinions more than the other shops. I am glad that I made Acme my bicycle shop.
