Dr Paulson is a great dentist, if you can get to see him. His front desk staff never seems to answer the phone and returning calls even for emergencies, FORGET IT! I called and left numerous messages for a cleaning appointment this past month and have yet to get a returned call. Then, I chipped my tooth, not bad enough to disturb the doc after hours but bad enough that the sharpness cuts my tongue. Left 3 messages early yesterday morning and called +10 times in addition but only got the answering machine. A return call even after I explained the problem on the phone? NOT. Perhaps an on-line appointment booking system would be an idea so he doesn't lose business.
