After posting complaint about my mother, I was contacted by Mr. Gorman and entire situation wascorrected. Mr. Gorman is a man of his word.

My mother has been ripped off several times by these people.hey are ve dishonest. I am having them investigated.

HI! MY NAME IS BEN. I RECECNTLY HAD MY VEHCILE AT ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR OVER HEATING AND MY A/C WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE OTHER SHOP REPLACED MY THERMOSTAT AND A/C COMPRESSOR. THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY. AFTER I PAID THEM I LEFT IN MY CAR AND DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND THE A/C STOPPED WORKING. I WENT BACK AND EXPLAINED THAT I NEED THE MY CAR WORK THE NEXT DAY AND THAT I WOULD BRING IT BACK. SO THEY AGREED. BUT I NEVERED MADE IT HOME BEFORE MY CAR STARTED OVER HEATING AGAIN. I TOOK OFF FROM WORK THE NEXT DAY AND WENT BACK TO THE REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY HAD MY CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTERWARDS AND COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR. I GOT MY CAR BACK AND DROVE IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH IT OVER HEATING UNTIL A COWORKER TOLD ME ABOUT GENE GORMAN TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR.I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF MY CAR AND WITHIN AN HOUR AND HALF THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM.NO MORE OVERHEATING. THEY ARE THE BEST.

To say they are less than honarable would be an understatement. I purchased a 2009 lebaron convertable from them and immediately the transmission light went on. I returned the day after I took delivery and they told me it was a plug and they would order a new one. Several weeks went by and when I called in I found out that they never ordered the part. finally the car stopped working and I had it towed back to them. They then told me that my problem was something else entirely and I would have to pay as it was so long since I bought the car. What an unreptuable business. I will never buy anything from them again and will tell all my friends and neighbors what my experience has been. What made matters worse is when I talked to the finance manager there he said tough luck. and told me to leave.

i was told to try gene gorman auto repair in punta gorda by a girlfriend of mine when my factory warranty ran out on my 2007 toyota camry.....39000 miles and my air conditioning went out.......we tried gene gorman auto repair and we are hooked....the manager,techs,courtesy driver all had one thing in mine and that was making us happy.......great bunch of guys....thanks for keeping us cool

On December 12th of 2008, I bought a used 2006 Toyota Camry SE off the Internet from Gene Gormans Auto Dealership . I contacted the dealer and asked what condition the vehicle was in. The Dealer explained that it was in excellent condition, and that it still covered under it original 30K mile warranty since the car had only been drivien 26K miles. They also said that the car was in such good condition that the owner of the dealership and her son had been using the car as their personal vehicle for a few weeks before they put it up for sale. They faxed me a Carfax report that said the vehicle was clean of accidents. So i bouhgt the vehicle and paid shipping cost for my trade in and the camry to and from Texas. After the vehicle was delivered I drove it for less than a mile and noticed that the car did not drive right, It had a wabble to it. I contacted Gene Gormans about the problem and they acted shocked, said that maybe one of the wheels had a bad bearing. I took the vehicle to a cert

CAR-1, 3 ++ weeks, replaced everything in the AC cooling system..still not cooling properly.CAR-2, 1 Week, Said plug wire broken-replaced, played with timing belt., still ran rough. CAR-2, Took unit to another repair facilities, found rear Xmission Mount broken, replaced. had to install new timing belt, and covers, unit runs good now.
