Very professional yet very real he’s always come through . Hard to reach on the phone. But overall he’s my first choice if I need an attorney.. I mean it’s not a game it’s your life, so only the best.

So many of Kevin's clients in jail or prison due to poor representation & claims to have the inside knowledge to the legal workings within Punta Gorda & surrounding Counties, when in fact, the Courts & Prosecutors have him in their back pocket. Not only is paperwork poorly handled, but don't be surprised to get legal mail from his other clients accidentally mailed to your address & use your case as a bargaining chip representing clients with State Prosecutors. Insensitive & often arriving late to many Court proceedings creating unbelievable stress!

I appreciate everything you helped us with to get us through this hard time, I highly recommend this very kind and respectful gent for all of your attorney needs, he was truly a blessing in our life.

Just watched a video of some stupid little git filming people and their private affairs at Florida Department of Motor Vehicles/Tax Collectors Office, saying he has every right to it, all he wants to do is cause upheaval, good to know that people like KEVIN SHIRLEY, ( SUPPOSED ATTORNEY) will protect people like this, CANT BE MUCH OF AN attorney though. Keep up the good work kEVIN and show everyone what a dumbass aTTORNEY you really are.

Kevin Shirley is one of the best attorneys I have ever had on my side. He takes the time to actually listen to what you have to say and gets all the facts. He doesn't pretend to know what he's talking about if he doesn't know an answer to your question he does his best to get the correct answer. In the court room he gets it done. He has NEVER let me down at any point that he has ever represented me. I would and do recommend Mr. Shirley to anyone and everyone that asks me if I know of a great attorney.

After hiring Kevin Shirley to represent me in a nasty divorce battle, I still felt as though I was representing myself in the case. I met with him in his office and gave him concrete solid evidence that should have been presented and never was once we went to court which he did show up for, 1(one) time, and even though he was physically there he was not. The other attorney blasted me directly and there should have been multiple objections and all he did was just stare at me as if he didn't know anything about my case. When the time came to question my ex-wife, that in its self was a joke, he didn't ask her anything . He has done nothing for me, it has been almost (6) months since I was in court last. While walking out of the court room, as he was running into another courtroom / case he said I would be in touch. Well I'm still waiting, not only have I called numerous times, his office, cell phone, e-mail, ect., still to this day I have had zero contact with him. Yet he still has my money, and I'm not represented. I highly recommend when you see him run the other way. FYI - I have heard he is running to be a judge here in Charlotte County, I wonder if that's why he took the Magistrates side and didn't represent me accordingly. Just what we need another "Corrupt in pocket Charlotte County Politician" Another small business owner doors shut down due to political in pocket blow jobs!!!!! Thanks for Nothing- I just want my money back that is owed to me for my children!!!!!!!

Kevin Shirley is the very definition of professional. He recently assisted me and my family in a highly complex case much to our satisfaction. He is straight forward, direct with a wonderful 'bedside manner'. He goes out of his way to keep you informed of all progress and fights hard for the rights of his clients. I was in a very scary situation that I should not have been and Kevin not only worked me though it but he did so in a manner that made me feel like he was more than an attorney, he was a part of my family. He never talked down to me or my family, he never talked bad about any other attorneys or law firms and he showed great passion for the case and compassion for those involved. If you must go to war in court you will be hard pressed to find a better General.
