I feel as if I can call Paul if I have any questions about my household issues. I am very happy with my kitchen remodel. It is the open concept this house need and I know it has added value to my home.

We hired Paul Schaeffer of Sage Homes to do our kitchen remodel. We were not living in our house when the construction was happening which was nice. Paul made sure to keep in touch with us and kept us updated with the progress each step of the way. We are very happy that we worked with them.

The spec home we bought from Sage Homes is exactly what we wanted. They are caring people and high quality.

They are great people to work with to build your dream home. The vendors and sub-contractors they work with and hire are also great to work with.

We took our time picking a design and making sure that we had exactly what we wanted. Paul was very patient and ready to start our project when the designs were completed.

They sent us a timeline at the beginning of our project and they have been following it pretty closely (weather dependent obviously).

A realtor we worked with to sell our previous home suggested Sage homes to us when we were looking to renovate a home that we bought. They have done a great job!

If I were to build another home I would choose to work with Sage Homes again. They do a fantastic and honest job.

The pricing was very reasonable. I was very happy with the end product that Sage provided for me and my family.
