I didn't even want to give them one star.First,I paid over $5,000.00 to have hard vinyl sliders put on my lanai. After the 2nd time calling them that the window would not still close, the secretary was rude. When the 2nd man came out, after working on it for quite a while, he wound up replacing the window Just before that, my one window was leaking. He said he would drill a hole in it. Then came the rains, and now I have 2 windows leaking One looked like a waterfall. Whichever way the rain came from, thats the side the windows would leak. After calling Window Man again he yelled at me "Well, how many holes do you want us to drill in your windows"? I then told him he is as rude as his secretary. As he was still yelling at me, I hung up on him. I then called the mfg of the windows themselves, found out that the guys that had installed the windows did not seal all around them. So shoddy job. I have someone else to finish the windows. Oh, the Window Man himself wrote this in ink "NO WARRANTY FOR WATER TIGHTNESS", which is illegal. It is industry unacceptable and deception practices You cannot write that on windows that are warranted from the mfg themselves. If I take them to court on this, the judge would see what he had written and just laugh. Why buy windows, (Hard plastic vinyl) that are going to leak? I'm 70 years old, and he was a bully. So think twice before doing any business with this company. The workmen were nice, but the owner and the secretary are total jerks!! D. Cain
