The crappiest car wash I have ever seen. Paid twenty bucks to get my truck clean and the inside was not wiped down the outside didn't even looked like it was wash. I will never go back again!

I got a car wash for &11.95 which included a wash & vacuum after the car came through I checked the vacuum job the attendant did and asked if he could please do it again as it was still dirty. He rudely said I got $11.95 worth. At That time the "OWNER" came over to see what was going on so I told him that I was not happy with the vacuuming they did and he "RUDLY" told me it was 95 degrees outside, and again told me I got $11.95's worth I reminded him that that's no way to talk to customers and he told me that he owned this property and everything around it, here's the shocker. Mr. RUDE MOUTH told me t6o get in my car and get off his property right now and never come back or he will call the police and have me charged with trespassing. It's to bad that this "RUDE MAN" is still in business. So if you want a car wash and be face to face with this "RUDE" individual by all means go. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS CAR WASH OR HIS OTHER ONE IF HE SAID HE WOULD WASH MY CAR FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE FREE. RUDE!!!RUDE!!!!RUDE!!!>

Absolutely horrible!!! This car wash has 2 locations in Port Charlotte and when I visited this location on 1/28/2013 I was told by the manager/owner that it was going to take too long to vaccum my car out and that I needed to go somewhere else?? I was dumb founded as their higher priced carwash package included the vaccuming. I will never visit either location again. Terrible customer service. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't select zero stars.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? DON'T GO HERE!! DECEITFUL PRACTICES WITH PRICING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!! Not only did they charge a hatchback at an SUV price, but they were nasty about it. Rather than apologize for THEIR associate giving the wrong price, they ridiculed and threatened to call the police! I have never encountered an establishment with such horrible tactics and DISGUSTING lack of customer service!! It stems from the owner, so don't expect anything different. Sometimes a simple 'I apologize for OUR error' can go a long way...wish someone had taught these guys some manners especially the cashier and owner!
