Mattress shopping had been a frustrating process for us until we met with Robert at A Purrfect Mattress. Previously, we hoped to avoid stores entirely by taking the online route. We tried a Casper mattress but found it to be way too firm. Prior to stepping into stores, I did a lot of research through Sleep Like the Dead and Mattress Underground to learn about mattresses and the right questions to ask sales staff. Unfortunately, the majority of the stores we visited couldn't answer any of these questions and carried inferior mattresses.

When we first visited A Purrfect Mattress, Robert explained to us that their store had Mattresses From Plush to Luxury Firm
Robert Showed us all The Mattress And we Laid on all of The Mattress Then He told us to Lay on This Pillow top Bed it Was The Most Comfortable Bed I Ever Laid on it Felt Like Jello I ask Robert What it Was he Said it’s a Waterbeds And we spent almost an hour on it we Haven’t Sleep this GOOD in a long Time Go see Robert Tell Him You Want to see the Harmony Pillow top Waterbed. I bought a mattress a couple weeks ago and I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of Robert he truly listened to what I needed and how much I wanted to spend. I absolutely love my new mattress and I will be going to A Purrfect Mattress for any mattress needs in the future. Amazing company and great quality product !!!.

They have all different price range of mattress for your needs and it's no pressure sale. If you are looking for something lower in price, just say it and options are given. We ended up with A Waterbed ?????

My wife and I bought a home in Pt Charlotte. When we came down for the closing on Friday we thought we would have to wait a Fiew days to get a bed and stay in the motel 3 or 4 additional days. After we tried two other mattress stores we stopped at A Purrfect mattress and the salesman assured us that they would deliver them the same day. We were able to sleep in our new home that same night. They told us that if we didn't like the bed that we had a 30 day comfort exchange policy. I like that. Nice JOB RObert

Helpful and informative Robert Was not pushy at all. He Has a simple strategy for selling mattresses that really eliminates the tricky salesman games, and makes it easy for the consumer to understand their options and find exactly what they want. I was very impressed with my experience. Nice Place
