This place has the worst customer service and the worst equipment. My friends and I rented a cart from them and we told the blonde woman behind the counter that there were 5 of us. She gave us the keys to our cart and when we found it, it was a 4 person cart. We told her and she said that she was out of 6 person carts and that she would rent us a moped, at an additional cost, and our 5th person could follow behind. I told her we did not want to do this and asked for our money back. She said there were no refunds even though we had not even got in or started the cart. She knowingly gave us a cart that was inadequate for our needs, took our money, and then refused to correct the situation. Thankfully we put this on a credit card and cancelled the payment. This place was the worst.
