These questions are eventually what led Dr. Alyssa Kirby to discover the world of Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, health and wellness have been her driving force. She spent the last 5 years dedicated to learning fact from fiction when it comes to healthcare and the endless “wellness” information on the internet. Combining the most up-to-date natural approaches, from foods to herbs and supplements, to mind-body approaches, Dr. Alyssa Kirby’s mission is simple: to empower you on your way to health- whether you are staying healthy, or getting well.
