Provided by YP.comI had a similar experience about being charged $100 for diagnose but , they diagnosed the problem changed the part and then told me that part was not the problem. So, I spent $100 for diagnose,$200 for part to be changed and then they wanted $100 to investigate further to find the real problem. The woman was unspeakably nasty when I picked up. I had a coupon in the car and she would not even give me the keys. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau but, I wont see my money back. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI was a loyal customer, thought they were a reputable company. However my last car purchased of a used car, after just a couple days I noticed the transmission was slipping. The dealership dodged me for days, and then finally told me it wasn't their problem it was mine, but they were happy to quote the service on it for another $3000. I only put 200 miles on it! they misrepresented the car, said no issues just to get me to sign on the dotted line. Their business practices are unethical, they're are liars and crooks. Anyone considering a vehicle purchase there should beware that they have no customer service or morals. I was told they would talk to the owner to see what he thought, and they would follow up in a week! A week? Really. There is plenty more places in the area to shop for cars, so don't fall into their trap. Provided by YP.comWhile most mechanics offer free estimates for repair work, Cargill does NOT. I spoke with two gentlemen prior to leaving the car and signed a waiver giving them authorization to inspect it -- NONE of which made any mention of a fee for a diagnostic check / estimate. To our shock, we came to pick up the car and the receptionist slid a $100+ bill across the counter. No grace, no 30 days to pay it; they will not give you your key until you pay it all on the spot. In my opinion, that's poor customer service to trick a potential client in to paying a bill AFTER the fact. Nice place, but not cool. We won't be going back.
