They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Dr. Creme is retiring and left his patients to float in the wind. He had been phoning it in for years. He has misdiagnosed many painful conditions, which could have easily been treated if properly diagnosed. The staff at the practice are rude and unprofessional. There equipment is archaic and has not been updated since the 90's. I would not recommend using this doctors office.

Dr. O'Neill is our pediatrician and we HIGHLY recommend him. We never feel rushed with him; he's always attentive to our concerns and really takes the time to build a relationship with our family, too. Could not ask for a better family doctor.
