I have been enjoying this spa for about 4 years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very professional and they treat you like royalty. I would recommend this for anyone. Even men. As a bonus, they also include the sauna and steam room and shower if you like at no extra charge. If you really want to treat someone or even yourself this is the place.

I Wanted to do something very special to celebrate my 50Th Birthday, something I had never experienced before. My husband bought me a gift card for the works at Arabella Vitall Day Spa. Every penny was well spent. The services were spectacular and the staff was so friendly, the fresh fruit smoothie was delicious. Thank you for making my birthday so special and truly memorable.I am already planning my next set of services at Arabella Vitall.

The economy has hit some places harder than others. First let me say, I have been to AV quite a few times in the past few years. The first time was almost unbearable, we were the first appointment of the day and the building was freezing including the shower area where my mud wrap was, my teeth were chattering. We were booked for several services that day and as bad as the wrap and the (hard-sell) facial was, the massage was good. So at the urging of a girlfriend I went back for another massage, and it was great. About 18 months ago my favorite masseur left, since then there appears to be different people there each time I go in. My massage today was good, the massage itself was relaxing and the girl was friendly. Due to traffic I got to my appoint on-time, not early and I was rushed by the staff when I got there. I booked a 90 minute massage and I honestly thought they had scheduled me wrong, I was in and out in an hour. When I got to the desk, I asked if I had a 60 minute massage, the girl at the desk said no that was 90 minutes. PROBLEM: I had not even been in the building for 90 minutes. To be exact I was escorted into the changing room at 3:45pm and it was now 5:04pm. BIGGER PROBLEM: the lady at the front desk argued with me for 10+ minutes about how my massage was in fact 90 minutes and would be charged for a 90 minute massage, how the girls have clocks in their rooms and they always quit at 5:05? how is that possible when I came out here (after getting dressed after, going to the dressing room, getting dressed into my clothes, using the bathroom and coming out to the lobby to pay) it was not yet 5:05 by your own admission. To make a long story short it was a HORRIBLE
