The park is great. I had lived there for quite some time. At one time I was in the bottom in the rvs and at one point for 7 plus years I was in the top. This park was nice. Pool and clubhouse. (Cold water in pool) (and clubhouse you had to pay for on the day) nice river walk behind the rvs and lots of grass for kids to play.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. We have been dealing with a septic system problem in this park for years. We have lived directly behind this trailer park for 30 years and never had a problem until approx 3 years ago. I am sitting in my home unable to eat my dinner because of the waste smell coming from there. Yeah it makes me gag and I do have a problem with breathing the bacteria from their faulty septic. It's not even warm outside yet and experience tells me it will get worse with the onset of spring and summer. I do not plan on sitting back, this year, until I can't stand the air in my own yard. These people need to clean it up NOW. This is not only a nuisance it is a health hazard!
