I shopped for a one ton truck at three different dealerships. Chevy (GMC) of Puyallup was without a doubt my last stop. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steven Backman. Steven was the most knowledgeable salesman I dealt with regarding the truck. Also, their initial offer on my trade-in and the purchase price of the truck was CONSIDERABLY lower than the other two dealerships. No negotiation necessary. Without exaggeration their initial offer was literally $25,000 lower than one other dealership.

My wife and I came in to trade in two cars. Our sales person was Khrysten Lovett she was very helpful and personable. This was buy far our most comfortable car buying experience. Billie in finance was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us the best financing available. We will definitely recommend Chevrolet Puyallup to others looking to buy a car.

Khrysten and the rest of the family made my experience smooth and so simple. It was a fast process and I liked that! I love my 2016 chevy sonic sedan!! I had been wanting to get out of the car I was in and they made it happens! Best service! Nice people!

I had great customer service with a great sales guy Zack Biswell. He was able to get me into a new Chevrolet Cruze instead of buying a used. I came straight from Sunset Chevy with horrible customer service and I will never ever go back again.

I will do business again at Chevrolet of Puyallup again.

I had a very no hassle experience with this company. I went in to look for a new vehicle due to my prior car being totaled in an accident. I worked with Khrysten Lovett and loved her upbeat personality. She made the experience very positive for me. I let her know what I was looking for and she found the perfect car within my budget with even lower mileage then I requested. I will definitely refer my friends and family to her in the future. 5 stars for sure!

Our experience at C of P was more than perfect, everyone listened to us and what we wanted, did not spin a story, did not pressure us into many different “how about this and how about that’s”…we had seen several “deals” this one was the best, and warrantee for much less…wow thanks!!! You guys and gals are great and were more than fair on the negotiations of the trade and sale!!! Khrystn our sales person was quite pleasant, and her sales mannerism was great, pushy, but not annoying…8) We are thrilled with the 2014 Camaro, and it looks great next to our 91 Camaro ;)

Dealt with tucker in sales and he was awesome! I would highly recommend this dealership. Top to bottom everyone I worked with was amazing! Small hiccup on car chosen and no questions asked they remedied the situation and were amazing about it.

I bought a pre-owed 2012 Chevy Volt from Reggie. I also work at a car dealership, so I can appreciate when I see a good honest guy in the car business, and Reggie is all of that. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or pre-owned car. Also, their referral bonus program is pretty amazing, one of the best I have seen. I also love my new Volt.
