I tried my chances with computer connections recently because my family new the guys that worked there from before. Though when I went there, they where under new management. Well, I took my computer in anyways because I downloaded an incorrect driver and I couldn't get onto my desktop without it freezing up on me. So anyways I took it in and they said they would check it out for me for 75 dollars. I agreed. After several days of waiting I finally got a response. They said my hard drive was broken and they could replace it with a 500gig hard drive (currently a 1 terabite HD) for I think they said 100 dollars or so. I said no because I knew it wasn't the hard drive only the driver that I downloaded. SO I did some research myself on a laptop that I was borrowing from my family and turns out I can reset my hard drive (restore). So, knowing that they wouldn't give back my computer unless I paid them for telling me I needed a new hard drive, I wrote down the step by step process on how to fix the computer and gave it to them. A day or so later, they said it worked and your computer is fixed now and I ended up having to pay the 75 dollars for them to tell me that I needed a new hard drive and for me to do my own research on how to restore my computer and go all the way there and back a few times to get everything situated. They where going to charge me another 100 dollars or so to have my hard drive replaced instead of fixing the software properly. I now know not to return to that shop and if I do need shop maintenance on my computer, I will be going to a professional to get it done properly next time.

I love this store they may not have an answer right away but they work with you and will help you solve all your issues whether your a do it yourself like myself or someone who goes in to get the work done they look at it give it their best shot from what they have seen and go from there.
